Administration and planning: Enrollment

Admission criteria, registering courses, timetables… Do you sometimes get lost in it all?

Kurt has a specific question for you:

Based on your past experiences with summer enrollment, how do you think the enrollment procedure could be improved?

In addition, you can continue to make suggestions for the following more general questions.

1. How can we communicate more clearly about administrative procedures for students?
2. How can we improve administrative procedures for students?

How do we proceed together with these ideas?

Per project, we have appointed a moderator. For this project, that's Kurt Tilkin (head of curriculum and student administration, see his picture on the right).

The project moderator follows up ideas and discusses them with the VUB participation team in which the student council and the Strategy and Policy Preparation service are also represented. Together, we consider if and how we can proceed the ideas that were contributed.

We give feedback on our progress to you. For example, when an idea is being developed further in a study group or when an event is set up related to this project, we communicate this back to you.

But strength is in numbers. If you would like to go ahead with an idea, let us know!
